Do I need an appointment for service?
Yes, all service requires an appointment. Most bikes can be dropped off within a few days of booking. Call 317-917-3211 or send a message through the contact page.
Do you service Royal Enfields not bought at Speed City?
Yes. The service department works on all Royal Enfields, regardless of where the bike was purchased. If you bought your bike at Speed City, you will receive a discount.
Do you service other motorcycle brands?
The full service department is Royal Enfield only. But oil changes and tire mounting are available on nearly all motorcycle models — call to confirm your specific bike.
What does scheduled maintenance include?
Scheduled maintenance covers oil and filter changes, valve adjustments, chain service, brake inspection, and anything else required at each service interval. Royal Enfield recommends a first service at 300 miles, with follow-up service intervals after that.
Do you carry genuine Royal Enfield parts?
Yes. Genuine Royal Enfield parts and accessories are stocked and available to order, including panniers, crash bars, exhaust upgrades, and windshields.
